LuxHire supplies Employer subscriptions and CV unlocks to businesses in trade. By subscribing you confirm you are acquiring the services for business purposes. To the extent permitted by law and subject to section 43 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the parties agree in writing that the CGA does not apply. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable rights under New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986.
LuxHire provides access to a platform and tools only. We do not guarantee any minimum candidate numbers, suitability, or hiring outcomes. No refunds for change of mind or for perceived lack of candidates.
Non-refundable once a billing period starts. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal. No pro-rata refunds for the current period.
Billing issues: If you believe a charge is erroneous or duplicated, notify support@luxhire.co.nz within 48 hours and we’ll investigate. Our default remedy is account credit; a cash refund is provided where required by law or for a verified duplicate payment. This 48-hour window does not limit any chargeback rights available under your card scheme. If a material outage prevents login or normal use for 12+ consecutive hours (NZT), we may apply a time credit to your subscription.
A CV unlock is supplied when the CV is viewed or downloaded and is non-refundable after supply. If purchased by mistake and not accessed, contact us within 48 hours for reversal (default remedy: account credit). Verified duplicate/technical billing errors will be credited or refunded.
Profiles are free. Any future paid add-ons will follow the principles above (no refund after supply; 48-hour window for billing errors).
Email support@luxhire.co.nz within 48 hours of the charge with your account email, transaction ID, description, and any screenshots/logs. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days to show funds. All dates/times NZT.
If a chargeback is lodged, we may temporarily suspend paid features while we investigate, and will restore access promptly if the issue is resolved in your favour. (This does not restrict any chargeback rights.)
